Heda is a product of StackSmiths Private Limited — a software studio based in Rajasthan, India. We build products and platforms for clients across industries. The work is what we love.

But like every services company, we had a problem: finding the next client.

Every month, someone on the team would stop building to start selling. Manually searching for D2C brands. Visiting their websites one by one. Writing the same cold email with minor tweaks. Following up — or forgetting to. It was exhausting, repetitive, and wildly inefficient.

We tried the tools. Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email platforms. They gave us data. But data isn't action. We still had to research each brand, write every pitch, and manage every conversation manually.

So we built HEDA — first as an internal tool. A Python script that found D2C brands, crawled their websites, scored their potential, and drafted personalized pitches. We fed it our best messages, our brand voice, our qualifying criteria.

Within a month, our pipeline was fuller than it had ever been. In 30 minutes of review per week, we were sending 200+ personalized pitches. The quality of conversations went up because every message referenced actual data about the prospect's business.

We realized this wasn't just useful for us. Every agency, every consultant, every sales team targeting D2C brands has this exact same problem. HEDA should be theirs too.
