We want you to be completely satisfied with HEDA. We offer a free trial so you can try before you pay, and a money-back guarantee if things don't work out.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 7-day free trial that includes 100 complimentary credits. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

After your trial converts to a paid subscription, you are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund eligibility depends on credit usage:

• No credits used: full refund.
• Some credits used: partial refund — your payment minus the value of consumed credits.
• All credits consumed: no refund — the service has been fully delivered.

3. How to Request a Refund

Since all payments are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record), refund requests can be submitted through either channel:

• Paddle support: visit paddle.net and use your purchase receipt to request a refund.
• Email us: contact contact@thestacksmiths.com with your order number and we will initiate the refund through Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period (unless within the 30-day guarantee window).

5. After the 30-Day Window

After 30 days from your purchase date, refunds are only granted in the following circumstances:

• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges).
• Billing continued after you cancelled your subscription.
• A significant, unresolved service outage prevented you from using the Service.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us or Paddle directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
